Villa Maggie (made up of Villa Flower and Villa Grape) marked the start of the “Kyklos Villas Project” back in 2020. The company, initially named Villas by Maggie, was founded in 2021 as many other villas joined the project. Our mission is to make people fall in love with this wonderful island, discover all its shades, meet local people and get to know its culture.
The current properties are now part of a cozy villas and apartment complex with properties from 100m to 300m from the sea. The villas can accommodate from 1 to 16 people and are perfect for groups of friends and families. The Kyklos Villas portfolio is now able to meet the needs of guests by offering a wide choice of solutions in some of the most beautiful locations in Paros.
History of Kyklos Villas
Villa Grape and Villa Flower were built in 1939 from Papou Iorgos & Yiayia Efthalia (Papou & YiaYia are the Greek names for Grandma & Grandpa) and they were used as a farmer house. The current Villa Grape was the family house, while Flower Villa was used to keep the animals.
Did you know that these buildings were the first house of Voutakos?
Papou Iorgos was the only farmer and fisher active there, he used to plant a vineyard and make wine to sell. In the old wood oven of Grape Villa Yiayia Efthalia cooked delicious meals for his beloved husband and their 4 kids: one of this kids is the father of Maggie, who together with his husband George, is now the owner and host of Villa Flower and Villa Grape, 2 of the villas in Kyklos Villas portfolio.
